Print Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll love your Rob Harris Art print. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at robartstories@gmail.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. Please note that any damage or defect not reported within this time frame may not qualify for a return.
Change of Mind
As our prints are custom-produced to order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to carefully review your choice before completing your order to ensure the print aligns with your vision for your space.
Limited Edition Prints
Due to their unique and collectible nature, limited edition prints are non-refundable and cannot be returned except in the case of damage or defect upon arrival.
Returns & Refunds for Originals
Each original artwork is a unique handcrafted piece, making all sales final. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out, i’m happy to help.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at robartstories@gmail.com with the following details: Your order number, A description of the issue, Photos showing any damage or defect. Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2-3 business days to confirm the next steps. For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the print, if applicable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
