About us

Enter the captivating world of hyperrealistic charcoal art, where the extraordinary collaboration between Rob Harris and his talented 13-year-old daughter, Georgia Harris, transforms nature into breathtaking works of art with a powerful message.

Rob’s journey as an artist began three years ago during the COVID-19 lockdown, when he rediscovered a sense of calm and connection while walking in the natural beauty of Manly Dam near his home. Struggling with anxiety and the isolation of lockdown, he found solace and inspiration in nature’s simplicity. When Georgia, then 11, began showing an interest in art, Rob encouraged her by enrolling her in lessons and, before long, picked up a pencil himself. What began as a supportive gesture quickly grew into a shared passion, resulting in 20 stunning pieces of hyperrealistic artwork, all co-drawn by Georgia and Rob.

Driven by a deep love for wildlife and the natural world, Rob and Georgia create art with the purpose of bringing nature into people’s homes. Their work aims to inspire a sense of calm, joy, and wonder in a fast-paced, tech-driven world, reminding viewers of the beauty and fragility of the natural environment. Each piece invites moments of quiet reflection and connection with the wilderness, evoking the serenity Rob first experienced during his Manly Dam walks.

Their wildlife charcoal art extends to also include a fully immersive sensory experience. By incorporating nature-inspired soundscapes, dynamic lighting, and contextually relevant plants, their art transforms spaces into tranquil sanctuaries, alive with the essence of the natural world. These thoughtful details deepen the connection between the viewer and the artwork, offering a holistic and memorable encounter with nature.
